These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are entered into between Saiqic (“Saiqic,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and you (“you” or “your”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
Arbitration & Class Action Waiver Notice
Except for certain disputes described below, you agree that any disputes between you and Saiqic will be resolved through individual, binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in any class action, collective action, or jury trial.

- Website copywriting (homepages, service pages, landing pages, and supporting pages)
- Web design and development (new builds, redesigns, performance optimization)
- Website and SEO audits
- Traffic, ranking, and performance insights
- Consulting sessions, roadmaps, and recommendations
We may also provide resources, frameworks, documents, recordings, or other educational materials. All Services are provided subject to these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the “Updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Privacy

- You own the custom blog content, website copy, and deliverables created specifically for you after full payment.
- Saiqic retains ownership of its frameworks, processes, methodologies, templates, internal systems, and pre-existing materials.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Services outside their intended purpose.
Access & Availability
We strive to keep Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without liability.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
- Respond to requests and feedback in a reasonable timeframe
- Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide
- Maintain access credentials securely
- Comply with all applicable laws
Delays caused by missing information, approvals, or access may impact delivery timelines and do not pause billing.
Revisions & Feedback
Unless otherwise specified in writing:
- Revisions are limited to scope alignment, not full rewrites or strategy changes
- Feedback must be provided within the agreed review window
- Deliverables are considered accepted if no feedback is received within the stated timeframe
Additional revisions outside the scope or timeline may incur additional fees.
Payments, Fees & Billing
- Fees, packages, and payment terms are disclosed prior to purchase
- Payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed
- Subscription services may auto-renew unless cancelled in writing
- All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
Failure to pay may result in paused or terminated Services. You agree to keep an active payment method on file.
Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or governmental assessments related to the Services.
AI & Tools Disclaimer
Saiqic may use AI-assisted tools for research, analysis, or drafting support. All outputs are reviewed and guided by human professionals. We do not guarantee AI-generated outputs will be error-free or complete.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
Except for custom deliverables created for you:
- All intellectual property, systems, branding, content, and materials provided by Saiqic remain our property
- You may not reuse, resell, or distribute Saiqic materials without written consent
User Content
You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant Saiqic a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your materials solely for delivering the Services and internal promotion (unless you request otherwise in writing).
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Services
- Use Services to compete directly with Saiqic
- Misrepresent or publicly defame Saiqic
- Engage in unlawful or abusive behavior
Termination
Either party may terminate Services with 30 days’ written notice unless otherwise agreed. All outstanding fees remain payable. Removing payment methods or silence does not constitute termination.
We may terminate or suspend access immediately for violations of these Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or specific results. SEO performance depends on many factors beyond our control, including algorithms, competition, and third-party platforms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saiqic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for third-party platforms, tools, hosting providers, plugins, or services you choose to use.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting saiq@saiqic.com. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration on an individual basis.
Governing Law & Location
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Our principal place of business is Bhakkar, Punjab, Pakistan.
